This Weeks Topic 

This week we will cover the Enlightenment and have already discussed certain aspects of it. The age of reason, as the enlightenment is known as, is a time were thinkers start to question the purpose of our human existence and how we can all coexist together.

1) Biography of John Locke: Question must be answered in OneNote class notebook in order to receive credit. 
2) Interactive Chart Activity: Thinkers of The Enlightenment. 


Both of these assignments can be found by logging into your dadeschools student portal and clicking on the textbook icon next to your world history class period. once on the Pearsonrealize main page, click on the classes tab to see the assignments that are due.

Homework for week of 10/30 - 11/03

Homelearning  Assignment This weeks lecture is about the origins of the Arab Empire.  Homework :   Is based on the lecture on the crusades. Home learning will count as two different grades. 1 is under the class/homework category, the other will be under the Quiz category.  Khan Academy :  All students must have already signed up for Khan Academy in Class! no excuses.  - 4 articles to read: if articles do not have questions at the end the articles are to be summarized in 5 sentences. 2 of the articles are titles as questions. you answer the question as you read the article.  - 2 exercises: 9 questions total to answer. 5 questions for one exercise and 4 for the other. This homework is due by 11/6 at 11:59pm no exceptions.
