This week we will cover the Enlightenment and have already discussed certain aspects of it. The age of reason, as the enlightenment is known as, is a time were thinkers start to question the purpose of our human existence and how we can all coexist together.

This week we are getting to know each other and how high school will work for you this year. The assignments are as follows. 1st Period World History : Access the Review Chapter on Ancient Civilizations and read the assignments I have assigned to you. Take notes and write down any questions you may have on the topic. there are two sections to read Due by Friday 8/25 8th Period World History : you have been assigned the same readings Your readings will be Due by Monday 8/28.

Topic 3 Lesson 2 using the Pearson e-text book accessed through the student portal Assessment Questions at the end of the lesson as well as Key Terms. Edit for 12/4/17 - I apologize I made a mistake: Students have been assigned the Interactive Notepad to complete in OneNote. To access the interactive notepad students must log in to the e-textbook and click on the classes tab in order to access.
